They will arrange for payment via wire transfer, check, or cashier’s check once the deal closes. So, although we say "cash," you’ll receive your payment in the form of your choosing from the title company, rather than physical cash.

We usually ask a few brief questions, but we understand if you don’t have all the details—that’s perfectly fine. You won’t need to make any improvements or repairs before the sale; we’re purchasing the property in its current condition.

  • To proceed, simply sign the purchase agreement and return it to us via email, text, or mail. We can also send you the agreement electronically for an easy digital signature. It’s a good idea to give us a call to confirm your acceptance, so we know to look out for the paperwork.
